On Cue

Privacy policy

Last updated October 13, 2026

On Cue is a small New York company building a calm e-ink board that shows young children how much time is left before they leave. This page explains what we collect and why. The short version: we do not sell your data, to anyone, ever.

What we collect

Children

On Cue is bought by parents. We do not knowingly collect names, photos or any personal information from children, and the website is not directed to children. If you tell us your children's ages in a conversation, we record the ages only.

How we use it

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not use it for anything unrelated to On Cue.

Who else handles it

We share information only with the services needed to run On Cue: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting and email forwarding), Google (email, advertising measurement, calendars and spreadsheets we use internally), Microsoft Clarity (site analytics) and our scheduling tool for parent chats. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Security and retention

Payments go through Stripe, which is PCI-compliant. Our own records are kept in access-controlled accounts. We keep order records as long as needed for refunds, taxes and support, and research notes until the study ends. Ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have the rights above. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Questions: hello@oncueboard.com.
