Terms of service
Last updated October 13, 2026
These terms cover your use of oncueboard.com and any reservation or preorder you make. By placing one, you agree to them. On Cue is a pre-launch product from a small New York company. We have tried to keep this plain and fair.
What you are buying
- Reservation, $29. A deposit that holds a founding-family spot for an On Cue e-ink display. It is fully refundable at any time, whether or not the product has shipped.
- Preorder, $129. A deposit toward the display, refundable until it ships. After it ships, our standard return terms apply.
- The display is planned at $149. Final price, features and your deposit credit will be confirmed in an email before you are asked to pay anything more. You are never charged more without your approval.
Shipping estimate
We aim to ship in November 2026. This is a target, not a guarantee. If it moves, we will email you, and you can take a full refund of your deposit instead of waiting.
Refunds
To refund a reservation or a preorder (before it ships), reply to your receipt or email hello@oncueboard.com with the email you used to pay. We refund the full amount to your original payment method, normally within 5 business days. Your bank may take longer to show it.
Using the site
Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with it. The On Cue name, designs, text and images belong to us. On Cue is a routine and timing aid for families. It is not a medical, therapeutic or developmental product, and we make no such claims. Parents remain responsible for supervising their children.
Disclaimers and liability
The site and the pre-launch product are provided "as is," and specifications may change before release. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
Privacy
How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy. We never sell it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
