Refund a reservation or preorder

Reply to your Stripe receipt, or email us the address you paid with and the word "refund." A reservation can be refunded anytime. A preorder can be refunded until it ships. Refunds go to your original payment method, normally within 5 business days.

Where is my order?

We aim to ship in November 2026. We will email you before anything ships, and again if the date changes.

I paid but did not get a receipt

Check spam first. If it is not there, email us with the name or email you used and we will resend it.
